The Administration

The role of TPAV’s administration is to manage and implement the policy direction set by the Board on behalf of the membership and tend to the day-to-day running of the organisation.

The administration is headed by the Secretary, Wayne Gatt, who serves as the Chief Executive Officer. The Secretary is supported by Assistant Secretary, Peter Abbey. 

Both long-standing sworn Victoria Police officers, Wayne and Peter are supported by a six-person management team and 52 staff who aim to provide the best possible day-to-day advice, service and benefits to TPAV members.
